Member Roles - Two Ways to Engage

Delivery Staff

Your income is based on delivering your skill set (e.g., System Engineering, Developer, Integrator, etc.) to the client. You are not required to do annual reviews, new business development, proposals, company meetings, or any additional company tasks.

Practice Manager

You recruit and manage your staff, with your income based on sharing the profit generated by your team. The larger your team, the greater the portion of the profit you receive. This profit-sharing model generates substantial ongoing income.
